Harvard University quoted Quran as one of the best expression of justice. We Muslim believe Qur’an as the final revelation of divine words. Allah chose it as His final and fourth book. No doubt, it is from the Creator of this universe and teaches us the proper way to live.
Law & Justice has topmost place in Islam and Qur’an is a book full of beneficiary laws for human beings. Injustice has no place in Islam,
The world also admits this fact and venerates what is there in Qur’an, though their actions remain contrary, so is the situation of Muslims.
Harvard Law School, one of the prestigious has posted a verse from Surah Nisa at the entrance of its faculty library.
It describes the verse as one of the greatest expressions of justice in history.
The verse 135, of the Chapter/women Nisa (Woman) states humankind to stand firm on justice. The verse is mentioned below:
“O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort [your testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.”
It is one of three main quotations posted on the wall facing faculty’s main entrance, the other two are from Magna Carta and St. Augustine.

The quotations were suggested by the students and faculties of the School, and Qur’anic verse was selected from more that 100 entries.

When Harvard University quoted Quran; it is to be understood that Islam is making its place among the Western countries.
